The Maternal and Child Health Stillbirth Act of 2024 is NOW LAW!
On July 12, 2024, The Maternal and Child Health Stillbirth Prevention Act was signed into law by President Joe Biden.
This act expands the scope of the Maternal and Child Health Services Block Grant to include research and activities to prevent stillbirths.
In this episode, we’re sitting down with AAC member David Corvi to talk about his Live Your Dream grant experience—a beautiful day that turned into a 24 hour epic on Mt. Whitney in September of 2024. Getting off route, climbing through pockets of ice and snow, and getting lost on the descent were only some of what the team experienced that day.
